First floor
Mainly, foreshore raw fish is processed. Raw fish materials such as conger eel and Japanese flying squid caught off the coast of Miyagi by coastal trawlers such as our own Koyo Maru No. 38 and mackerel caught by round haul vessels are frozen and the primary processing of mackerel, Rock Sole and Japanese flying squid is conducted.
Second floor
Mainly, raw fish materials caught by our own boats and landed at the foreshore are processed into convenient cooked food products (split and broiled conger eel, boiled fish, grilled fish, etc.).
