Salted cod, which is our main product, is produced with due care in the thawing of raw material so that the high quality of fresh fish can be preserved after being caught. In addition to lightly-salted cod (fillet), easy-to-use portion and skinless products are also produced on order. For salted Arrowtooth Flounder fillets, in order to supply products having a stable quality, we inspect and purchase raw fish materials caught by the limited fishing method, in limited fishing grounds and in the limited fishing season.
Primary processed products
We produce easy-to-use, individual snap-frozen products using three snap-freezing machines and three air blasts.
Marinated fish products
Carefully selected Pacific Ocean perch and Arrowtooth Flounder from the USA, as well as mackerel (domestic, from Norway, etc.), Japanese flying squid, natural yellowtail, etc. are marinated in our own seasoning liquid developed using our original process.
Cooked products
Packed products (boiled fish products, final cooked products) for supermarkets or large retail stores are produced on the automatic packing line. Convenient products with our own original seasoning are produced, which can be eaten just by being heated in hot water or being microwaved.

Fish can be frozen in 60% of the time required for freezing by the conventional tunnel freezer, which allows products to be made with fish cells not being destroyed and freshness and taste not being damaged.
